Junior Structural Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Junior Structural Engineer to join our Civil & Structural team in Bangalore. You will support the design and delivery of building structures and property‑sector developments, ensuring compliance with relevant standards.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in structural analysis, design calculations and preparation of drawings for building and property projects.
• Prepare design calculations, reports and technical documentation under senior guidance.
• Support concrete, steel and other structural system designs as required.
• Coordinate with architects, civil engineers and multidisciplinary teams to resolve design interfaces.
• Review drawings and technical deliverables for accuracy and compliance.
• Apply Indian and international structural design codes and standards.
• Help deliver projects on schedule while meeting quality, health and safety requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (Master's in Structural Engineering preferred).
• 1–4 years of experience in structural engineering or building design.
• Basic knowledge of reinforced concrete and steel structures.
• Familiarity with Indian structural design codes.
• Good analytical, communication and problem‑solving abilities.
