Project Manager – Civil Construction

About the role

An experienced Project Manager is sought to lead and oversee civil construction projects from planning through execution and completion. The role is based in Khammam, Telangana, and suits someone with strong expertise in project scheduling, budgeting, stakeholder management, procurement coordination and quality control.

Key responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive project plans covering scope, schedules, budgets and resource allocation.
• Lead and manage project teams, including site engineers, contractors and subcontractors.
• Monitor costs, expenses and financial forecasts to ensure budget compliance.
• Coordinate with procurement teams and raise material indents according to project requirements and drawings.
• Track progress and ensure timely completion of milestones and deliverables.
• Identify risks and put in place mitigation strategies.
• Ensure construction meets quality standards, regulatory requirements and industry best practice.
• Manage contracts, change orders and project claims.
• Provide regular updates and reports to clients, stakeholders and senior management.
• Enforce site safety standards and resolve project challenges and conflicts.

Required profile

• B.Tech/B.E. in Civil Engineering (mandatory).
• Master's degree in Construction Project Management is an added advantage.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in construction project management.
• Fluency in Telugu, Hindi and English.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and AutoCAD.
• Strong understanding of project planning, budgeting, scheduling and execution.
• Excellent communication, leadership and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and project teams.
