Store Executive

About the role

The Hoxton Bengaluru City is opening its first neighbourhood hotel in Asia in the city centre, with 149 bedrooms, an all-day dining restaurant and bar, a rooftop pool and bar, function rooms and an events space. It is looking for a charismatic and experienced Store Executive to join the team.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, inspect and verify all incoming goods against purchase orders and delivery notes.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and keep stock movement systems up to date.
• Issue materials to user departments according to approved requisitions and operational needs.
• Ensure proper storage, labelling and stock rotation (FIFO/FEFO) to protect product quality and reduce wastage.
• Carry out daily, weekly and monthly inventory checks and help with stock reconciliations.
• Work with Purchasing, Finance and operations to keep inventory at optimum levels.
• Monitor stock availability and report slow-moving, expired or damaged items.
• Keep store areas clean, safe and organised in line with company policy and audit requirements.
• Support month-end inventory processes and prepare inventory reports as needed.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a Store Executive, Storekeeper or Inventory Executive in a hotel or hospitality setting.
• Good knowledge of inventory management, receiving procedures and store operations.
• Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and coordination skills across departments.
• Proactive, able to handle several priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Required skills

• Experience with inventory management systems.
• Microsoft Office applications.
