About the role

Apollo Hospitals is seeking a dedicated Staff Nurse to join its clinical team. The role involves delivering high‑quality nursing care to patients across various departments, maintaining accurate medical records, and supporting the hospital’s commitment to patient‑centred services.

Key responsibilities

• Record medical history, symptoms and maintain patient charts.
• Administer medications and prescribed treatments safely.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to plan and execute patient care.
• Perform point‑of‑care tests and conduct comprehensive nursing assessments.
• Monitor patients’ health status and respond to changes promptly.
• Provide education and emotional support to patients and their families.
• Maintain inventory of medical supplies and ensure equipment is functional.
• Deliver bedside care and operate medical equipment as required.

Required profile

• Graduate in GNM Nursing, BSc Nursing or MSc Nursing.
• Academic record with 1st division in 10th, 12th and nursing qualification.
• 3 months to 5 years of relevant nursing experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Team‑oriented mindset with good coordination skills.
• Initiative, moral support and a compassionate approach to patient care.
• Basic computer literacy.
