Staff Nurse – Patient Care & Clinical Support

About the role

Apollo Hospitals is seeking a dedicated Staff Nurse to join its clinical team. You will provide direct patient care, support recovery, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in a fast‑paced hospital environment.

Key responsibilities

• Record patients' medical history and symptoms accurately.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Collaborate with doctors and allied health professionals to deliver coordinated care.
• Perform point‑of‑care tests and conduct comprehensive nursing assessments.
• Monitor patients' health status and report changes promptly.
• Educate patients and families on health maintenance and post‑discharge care.
• Maintain inventory of medical supplies and ensure bedside care standards.
• Operate and maintain medical equipment safely.
• Participate in regular in‑service education and training.

Required profile

• Graduate with 1st division in 10th, 12th and GNM Nursing/BSc Nursing/M.Sc Nursing.
• 3 months to 5 years of nursing experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Team‑oriented mindset with initiative and coordination abilities.
• Compassionate approach to patient care.
• Basic computer literacy.
