About the role

Apollo Hospitals is seeking a dedicated Staff Nurse to join its clinical team. The role involves providing direct patient care, monitoring health status, and supporting recovery in a hospital setting.

Key responsibilities

• Record medical history and symptoms of patients.
• Administer medication and prescribed treatments.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive patient care.
• Perform point‑of‑care tests and conduct nursing assessments.
• Monitor patients' health conditions and report changes.
• Provide education and support to patients and their families.
• Maintain inventory of medical supplies and ensure proper bedside care.
• Operate and care for medical equipment and attend regular in‑service education sessions.

Required profile

• Graduate with 1st division in 10th, 12th and GNM Nursing/BSc Nursing/M.Sc Nursing.
• 3 months to 5 years of nursing experience.
• Strong interpersonal relationship skills, listening ability, and teamwork orientation.
• Good communication, coordination, and initiative.
• Commitment to moral support and physical care of patients.

Required skills

• Computer literacy.
