Specialist - FP&A

About the role

The Specialist – FP&A will lead complex accounting, financial reporting, planning and analysis activities for the organization. You will work closely with management to translate financial data into actionable insights and support strategic decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Generate financial statements and perform month‑end consolidation.
• Provide budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis to enhance performance understanding.
• Maintain accuracy of internal financial databases.
• Analyze trends, investigate discrepancies and resolve SAP reporting issues.
• Produce sales and margin reports and support capital‑expenditure, margin and cost‑variation analyses.
• Respond to ad‑hoc queries from management and internal departments.
• Develop and maintain financial models and analytical tools.
• Coach and mentor less‑experienced financial analysts.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant finance or accounting experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Access.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
