Senior Accountant

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Accountant who can independently manage the company's complete accounting function, statutory compliance, reconciliations and financial documentation. This is a hands‑on accounting role for someone confident managing accounts from day‑to‑day entries through GST, TDS, BRS and financial reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day accounting activities in Tally, including purchase, sales, receipts, payments, expenses and journal entries.
• Handle GST filing, reconciliation, TDS calculations, deductions, payments and returns, ensuring statutory challans are prepared on time.
• Prepare and maintain Bank Reconciliation Statements, reconcile customer and vendor ledgers, and resolve discrepancies.
• Assist with preparation and finalisation of the Balance Sheet, accounting reports and schedules, keeping books audit‑ready.
• Maintain proper records of bills, invoices, credit notes, debit notes and challans, and coordinate with auditors/CA.
