Billing & POS Executive

About the role

We are looking for a precise and customer‑focused Billing & POS Executive to manage check‑out operations, transaction processing, and front‑of‑house client database entry at our flagship store. Sitting at the final point of store interaction, you will deliver a seamless payment experience while ensuring flawless transaction data capture and CRM input.

Key responsibilities

• Execute smooth cashiering, generate invoices and handle multiple payment channels accurately using the POS system.
• Record and update detailed client information during checkout to build and maintain the brand’s high‑net‑worth customer database.
• Maintain accurate daily sales registers, process custom booking advances and perform end‑of‑day billing reconciliations with boutique management.
• Deliver a warm, courteous and prompt final interaction at the billing desk to leave a positive lasting impression.

Required profile

• 2‑4 years of experience as a Cashier, POS Specialist or Billing Executive in retail (luxury or premium apparel preferred).
• Hands‑on experience with modern retail POS systems, basic accounting software, MS Excel and CRM data entry.
• Demonstrated numerical accuracy, trustworthiness and ability to communicate courteously, especially during peak store traffic.
