Specialist – Experience Platform & Integrations

About the role

Etraveli Group is seeking a Specialist to own and evolve its core enterprise feedback platform (Qualtrics). You will combine system administration, stakeholder enablement, and integration engineering to ensure a reliable, secure, and extensible experience management solution.

Key responsibilities

• Create, configure, and maintain surveys, forms, and questionnaires across CX and EX domains.
• Manage user accounts, roles, permissions, and access controls.
• Design and implement automated workflows, notifications, and HRIS‑triggered actions.
• Monitor data imports/exports, ensure data quality, and resolve platform issues.
• Govern platform usage, security, and privacy in line with GDPR and India’s DPDP Act.
• Own the integration roadmap, building APIs, webhooks, and ETL pipelines to connect Qualtrics with CRM, HRIS, and BI tools.
• Design data‑lake entities or staging tables in AWS, Snowflake, BigQuery, or Azure to enrich enterprise repositories with CX/EX data.

Required profile

• 4+ years of hands‑on Qualtrics administration (CoreXM, CX, EX) and survey architecture.
• Proven experience delivering integrations via APIs, webhooks, or ETL pipelines.
• Strong knowledge of data‑privacy regulations and role‑based access control.
• Experience in high‑volume, tech‑first environments such as travel tech, SaaS, or GCCs.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Analytics or related field.

Required skills

• Qualtrics platform expertise (certification preferred).
• API development, webhook configuration, ETL pipeline design.
• SQL and database design; familiarity with AWS, Snowflake, BigQuery or Azure.
• JavaScript, HTML/CSS for advanced survey customization.
• Exposure to CRM systems (Salesforce/Zendesk) and HRIS platforms (Workday/SuccessFactors).
