Senior Product Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager to lead the strategic direction of the Nations Vision platform, a multi‑tool solution serving hundreds of insurance‑benefits clients. The role requires deep analytical rigor, meticulous attention to detail, and a hands‑on leadership style to manage complex, interconnected systems.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end product roadmap, balancing client needs, business priorities, and technical constraints.
• Drive continuous enhancement of the provider‑facing claims portal and fee‑schedule configuration tools.
• Manage provider network mapping, plan access restrictions, and claims processing engine optimization.
• Establish quality benchmarks, conduct audits, and implement preventive measures to ensure data integrity.
• Serve as the primary liaison between engineering, operations, client services, and leadership.

Required profile

• 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in healthcare, benefits administration, or insurance technology.
• Proven ability to manage complex, multi‑component platforms.
• Strong analytical skills with data‑driven decision‑making.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for both technical and non‑technical audiences.

Required skills

• SQL (moderately complex queries).
• Working knowledge of database systems.
