Software Developer (.NET / SharePoint) – Remote India

About the role

Paralucent is looking for a Software Developer with strong .NET and SharePoint expertise to ensure production stability for a mixed portfolio of custom and SaaS solutions. The role is remote within India and focuses on Tier 2 incident resolution, change requests, and reliable releases.

Key responsibilities

• Own Tier 2 fixes end‑to‑end: investigate, reproduce, implement solutions and support validation through release.
• Develop production‑ready code following secure SDLC practices and sound architectural decisions.
• Support release and maintenance activities, including patches, enhancements and post‑deployment validation.
• Build and maintain integrations and APIs across the application ecosystem.
• Design, develop and maintain SharePoint (Online or on‑premises) solutions.
• Collaborate with BA and QA teams to clarify requirements and resolve defects.
• Update documentation, improve monitoring/logging and reduce repeat incidents.
• Use ITSM tools to track and resolve incidents and change requests.

Required profile

• 5+ years of hands‑on .NET development experience.
• Strong object‑oriented design knowledge and ability to work with technical design documents.
• Experience with relational databases such as Microsoft SQL Server or Oracle.
• SharePoint development experience is preferred.
• Proven experience using GitHub Copilot for AI‑assisted development.
• Familiarity with ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow) and Azure DevOps.
