Senior Business Analyst – E‑Commerce

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst – Digital/E‑Commerce to drive growth through data‑driven decisions, experimentation and conversion optimisation across our digital platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse customer behaviour, conversion funnels and business performance to identify growth opportunities.
• Lead medium‑to‑large optimisation projects from hypothesis generation through execution and post‑launch evaluation.
• Define project scope, objectives, success metrics and coordinate cross‑functional teams.
• Design and evaluate A/B tests, translate findings into actionable recommendations.
• Build dashboards, reporting frameworks and leverage AI‑powered tools for insights.

Required profile

• 8‑10 years of experience in Business Analytics, Digital Analytics, Growth or CRO roles.
• Proven ability to turn data into actionable business recommendations.
• Strong project‑management experience leading optimisation initiatives.
• Experience working with senior stakeholders and cross‑functional teams.
