Business Analyst – Digital/E‑commerce (II)

About the role

We are seeking a Business Analyst – Digital/E‑commerce (II) to drive digital growth through data‑driven decision making, experimentation, conversion optimisation and commercial performance analysis. You will identify growth opportunities, improve customer journeys and support strategic decisions across our digital platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse customer behaviour, conversion funnels and business performance across digital channels and recommend initiatives to improve revenue and engagement.
• Lead medium‑to‑large optimisation and analytics projects from discovery through execution and post‑launch evaluation.
• Define hypotheses, support experimentation roadmaps and evaluate the impact of A/B tests.
• Build dashboards, reporting frameworks and performance‑monitoring solutions using multiple data sources.
• Collaborate with Product, UX, Engineering, Commercial and Marketing teams to turn data insights into actionable initiatives.

Required profile

• 4‑6 years of experience in Business Analytics, Digital Analytics, Growth Analytics, Product Analytics or CRO.
• Proven ability to translate data and analysis into actionable business recommendations.
• Demonstrated project‑management experience leading optimisation or digital initiatives from concept to implementation.
• Experience working with senior stakeholders and cross‑functional teams.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and structured decision‑making skills.

Required skills

• Experience with A/B testing and experimentation.
