BizTalk Functional Analyst II

About the role

Arrow is looking for an experienced BizTalk Functional Analyst to support integration solutions across multiple business processes. You will work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and external partners to ensure integration requirements are captured, documented and delivered using Microsoft BizTalk Server.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with business users to gather and analyse integration requirements and document business processes, data flows and interface specifications.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications for the BizTalk development team and facilitate workshops with stakeholders.
• Provide functional oversight, testing support and participate in User Acceptance Testing for BizTalk interfaces and workflows.
• Coordinate with external vendors or third‑party systems for interface integration and ensure compliance with enterprise integration standards.
• Offer post‑implementation support, issue resolution and continuous improvement of integration solutions.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of BizTalk Server concepts and ability to bridge business needs to technical architecture.
• Proven experience in a functional/BA role on integration projects, gathering both functional and non‑functional requirements.
• Familiarity with EDI, XML, XSLT, WSDL, SOAP, REST APIs from a functional perspective.
• Experience working in Agile or hybrid environments and excellent stakeholder management skills.
