Power BI & Advanced Excel Developer

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Power BI & Advanced Excel Developer to design and deliver enterprise‑scale reporting solutions. The role involves working with Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, and advanced Excel to create dashboards and analytics for business stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports and end‑to‑end ETL pipelines.
• Implement Row‑Level Security, ALDA permissions and data governance controls.
• Create Excel‑based dashboards, automated reports and executive‑level KPI visualisations.
• Build reporting solutions using Microsoft Fabric components such as Dataflows, Lakehouse and Semantic Models.
• Develop GitHub‑based operational and engineering reporting dashboards.
• Perform data validation, reconciliation and root‑cause analysis for reporting discrepancies.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of experience in BI, reporting and analytics.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to translate requirements into actionable analytics.
• Hands‑on experience with Power BI, DAX, Power Query, data modelling and performance optimisation.
• Proficiency in advanced Excel features including Power Pivot, complex formulas and dashboard creation.
