Information Technology Associate Manager – Digital Transformation

About the role

The Associate Manager will lead digital transformation projects for a large enterprise, overseeing solution design, implementation, and post‑go‑live support. You will coordinate cross‑functional teams, manage stakeholders, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget.

Key responsibilities

• Provide overall project leadership to business and IT teams, fostering collaboration and accountability.
• Identify and engage stakeholders, communicate status to steering committees and executive boards.
• Manage project governance, schedules, budgets, scope, change control, risk and issue escalation.
• Lead vendor selection, contracting and management for SaaS and infrastructure solutions.

Required profile

• 12‑15 years of experience in digital transformation, application development or SaaS implementation.
• Proven track record delivering customer‑facing applications in sales, marketing, quote‑to‑order or renewals.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and time‑management skills.
• Professional demeanor with ability to coach and evaluate team members.

Required skills

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• Scrum Master certification and Agile delivery expertise.
• Experience with Salesforce (SFDC) and other SaaS platforms.
• Change management experience.
