Spanish Finance & Contract Management Specialist

About the role

VOIS, the strategic arm of Vodafone Group, is looking for a detail‑oriented finance professional fluent in Spanish. The specialist will support contract management and financial operations, ensuring accurate contract creation, compliance checks, and payment postings across multiple markets.

Key responsibilities

• Process contract creations and modifications within agreed service levels and timelines.
• Perform S16 hygiene and compliance checks before posting contract payments.
• Validate contract conditions and ensure they meet contractual terms prior to payment processing.
• Provide first‑time‑right resolutions for queries from local finance teams, business stakeholders, and landlords.
• Manage process dependencies and monitor upstream activities to support timely contract posting.
• Accurately post vendor and landlord payments in line with contractual terms.
• Offer dedicated operational support to local market functions and respond professionally to stakeholder inquiries.
• Collaborate within a virtual, matrixed environment and partner with cross‑functional teams to drive process improvements.

Required profile

• Fluent Spanish with strong spoken and written communication skills.
• Educational background or experience in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
• Solid understanding of contract management and financial processes.
• Ability to review contractual information and ensure compliance with control requirements.
• Detail‑oriented with a focus on accuracy.
