Solar Sales Executive – Residential, Commercial & Industrial

About the role

ENVO Energy is expanding its solar business across residential, commercial and industrial segments in Pondicherry. We are looking for a proactive Solar Sales Executive who can generate leads, present tailored solar solutions and close sales to help customers reduce electricity costs.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new solar customers through field visits, referrals and networking.
• Meet with residential, commercial and industrial clients to assess power needs.
• Prepare and present quotations and proposals for solar PV installations.
• Follow up leads, convert them into confirmed orders and achieve at least 5 sales per month.
• Coordinate with technical and installation teams as required.
• Maintain post‑sale relationships and provide ongoing support.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in solar sales or a closely related field.
• Strong knowledge of solar PV systems and the renewable energy market.
• Proven ability to generate leads and close deals.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and customer‑facing skills.
• Target‑driven, willing to travel for client visits and holds a valid driving licence.

What we offer

• Basic salary of ₹20,000 per month.
• Incentive of ₹2,000 for each sale above the monthly target.
