Inside Sales Associate (French Speaking)

About the role

The Inside Sales Associate will focus on securing and growing new business for Monotype by managing lead generation, qualification, and cold‑calling activities. You will deliver a positive customer experience and help expand interest in Monotype’s type, technology and expertise.

Key responsibilities

• Research targeted leads and accounts to identify decision makers and understand buying cycles.
• Cold‑call and email prospects generated from internal marketing programs.
• Answer existing customer queries and identify opportunities for future sales.
• Collect customer feedback and share insights to improve offerings and sales outcomes.
• Maintain and organize database reports and manage the sales pipeline in Salesforce.
• Engage current customers via phone and email to promote add‑on products and services.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of experience in direct or inside sales.
• Proven ability to qualify opportunities, conduct sales calls and achieve targets.
• Fluent in German (spoken and written) and strong communication skills.
• Self‑motivated, high energy, and able to work both independently and in a team.

Required skills

• Salesforce (CRM) proficiency.
