Software Engineer

About the role

We are seeking motivated Software Engineers to design, develop, and maintain critical software in a fast‑paced, quality‑focused environment. You will work on complex, distributed systems and own key components from specification through production.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable software using Java, Golang, and Python.
• Write functional specifications and design documents.
• Understand and own complex codebases, ensuring high‑quality delivery.
• Implement scalable algorithms and data structures.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot issues in a distributed computing environment.
• Perform peer reviews of specifications, designs, and code.
• Collaborate with Site Reliability Engineers and cross‑functional teams to resolve production performance problems.

Required profile

• Strong foundation in data structures, algorithms, and software design.
• Ability to work in short, agile, iterative development cycles.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on high‑quality outcomes.
• Desire to thrive in an unstructured, fast‑moving startup environment.
• B.Tech degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
