Software Developer (Ruby & Python)

About the role

We are looking for a skilled Software Developer to join our Mumbai team. The role focuses on building and maintaining high‑quality web applications using Ruby and Python, while collaborating closely with frontend engineers and DevOps.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain web applications using Ruby on Rails and Python frameworks.
• Build scalable REST APIs and integrate them with dynamic JavaScript‑based front‑ends.
• Participate in architecture discussions, performance tuning, and security best practices.
• Review code, enforce coding standards, and ensure clean, maintainable deliverables.
• Mentor junior developers and support their growth.
• Assist in deployment, cloud setup, and CI/CD pipeline management.
• Diagnose and resolve bugs, performance bottlenecks, and integration issues.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of professional software development experience.
• Strong problem‑solving mindset and ownership attitude.
• Excellent communication skills and confidence to interact with internal teams and stakeholders.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
