About the role
This position supports the Area Sales Manager of ABHFL in Bihar, helping to plan and execute sales operations that meet targets and drive cross‑selling opportunities. The role involves market monitoring, data reporting, and client relationship management.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Area Sales Manager to design sales plans that achieve revenue targets and cross‑sell objectives.
- Monitor local market trends and competitor offerings on a regular basis, adjusting sales tactics as needed.
- Collect and compile MIS data for disbursements, non‑performing assets (NPAs), and target achievement reports.
- Manage a prospect list, initiating and maintaining relationships with ground‑level client stakeholders.
- Explain product features and benefits clearly to end‑users.
