Site Supervisor – Luxury Residences & Villas

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Site Supervisor to lead the construction and finishing of high‑end residential projects, including luxury villas, boutique homes, farmhouses, and bespoke residences. The role demands meticulous attention to detail, strong coordination with multiple stakeholders, and a commitment to delivering premium quality.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily construction activities, ensuring work follows approved drawings, specifications, BOQs, and design intent.
• Monitor civil, finishing, MEP, landscape, and interior works for quality and accuracy.
• Conduct quality inspections of masonry, plaster, waterproofing, flooring, woodwork, stone installation, painting, and premium finishes.
• Prepare and track daily/weekly schedules, coordinate manpower and subcontractors, and ensure timely material availability.
• Maintain site discipline, safety standards, housekeeping, and record daily progress.
• Document site records, measurements, work updates, and material logs; report delays and technical issues.
• Assist project managers with milestone achievement and support billing verification when needed.

Required profile

• B.Tech/B.E. in Civil Engineering or a related construction field.
• 5–10 years of experience in luxury residential construction, preferably with villas, farmhouses, or premium interior fit‑outs.
• Strong understanding of high‑end finishes, detailing, and residential construction standards.
• Ability to read architectural and interior drawings.
• Good coordination, communication, and knowledge of site safety and quality procedures.
