About the role
Assystem is looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead engineering and infrastructure projects in Delhi. The role focuses on project planning, cost control, and stakeholder management throughout the project lifecycle.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain project budgets, cost frameworks, and accepted cost estimates.
- Monitor project schedules, perform variance analysis, and ensure timely delivery.
- Control costs, identify savings, and manage cost‑saving initiatives.
- Prepare progress presentations, monthly MIS reports, and cash‑flow statements for management.
- Raise variation and extended‑stay claims, manage subcontractor approvals within ACE limits, and handle contracts under FIDIC guidelines.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or a related discipline.
- M‑Tech with a postgraduate qualification in project management and a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience.
Required skills
- FIDIC contract knowledge.
- Expertise in project cost control and budgeting.
