Tower In‑Charge – Project Execution

About the role

The Tower In‑Charge is responsible for execution, supervision and control of construction activities for the assigned tower. The role ensures compliance with drawings, quality standards, safety norms and project schedules while coordinating with contractors and cross‑functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Control execution costs, reduce wastage and rework, and optimize manpower and material utilization.
• Supervise day‑to‑day construction activities, ensure compliance with drawings, specifications and safety norms.
• Coordinate with planning, QA/QC, safety and MEP teams and monitor contractor performance.
• Deliver the assigned tower on time and to quality standards, handling inspections and stakeholder escalations.
• Maintain construction documentation, progress reports and conduct regular site reviews.

Required profile

• Engineering degree or diploma in Civil Engineering.
• 8–14 years of experience in high‑rise building construction.
• Proven experience in tower execution, contractor coordination, quality and safety systems, and stakeholder interaction.

Required skills

• Knowledge of construction methods (RCC, steel, hybrid, MEP, precasting, erection, etc.).
• Cost estimation and budgeting expertise.
• Proficiency with project management software (Primavera, MS Project, etc.).
• Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings.
• Data analysis and reporting for project performance monitoring.
