About the role

Dexter Estates Consultants LLP is seeking a dedicated Site Supervisor to manage day‑to‑day operations at its construction sites in Mumbai. This full‑time, on‑site position ensures projects progress safely, on schedule, and to the required quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily on‑site activities, coordinating with contractors, vendors, and internal teams.
• Monitor construction progress, ensuring adherence to timelines, safety protocols, and quality expectations.
• Resolve on‑site issues promptly and maintain accurate documentation of project activities.
• Communicate regularly with the project management team and stakeholders regarding status and any deviations.
• Ensure compliance with relevant construction regulations and standards.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Prior experience in construction or real‑estate project management.
• Strong project management abilities, including time management, task delegation, and organization.
• Knowledge of construction processes, safety standards, and site‑management protocols.
• Effective communication and leadership skills for coordinating teams and stakeholders.
