About the role

We are looking for a full‑time Site Supervisor to lead daily operations at our construction site in Tirupur. The role involves coordinating teams, managing resources and ensuring projects stay on schedule while meeting quality and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise on‑site teams and allocate resources effectively.
• Monitor project timelines and ensure adherence to schedules.
• Maintain quality control and safety compliance throughout the site.
• Resolve conflicts and address site challenges promptly.
• Report progress to senior management and document site activities.

Required profile

• Proven experience in site supervision and team management.
• Strong organisational and project coordination abilities.
• Ability to enforce quality, safety and deadline compliance.
• Excellent communication, problem‑solving and decision‑making skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management or a related field (preferred).
