About the role
Reidius Infra is seeking a Site Execution Engineer to lead construction activities for a prestigious 5‑star heritage neo‑classical resort in Bharatpur, Rajasthan. The role involves overseeing the execution of hotel, resort, pool, landscape and heritage building works while ensuring high‑quality standards and timely delivery.
Key responsibilities
- Manage on‑site execution of 5‑star hotel and resort construction projects.
- Coordinate heritage and neo‑classical building works, ensuring compliance with design intent.
- Supervise resort and pool area construction, including landscape implementation.
- Lead MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) coordination across all trades.
- Maintain strong site management practices, monitor progress, and resolve on‑site issues.
Required profile
- Minimum 5 years of experience in hotel, resort or heritage construction.
- Proven track record in executing large‑scale, high‑end projects.
- Strong knowledge of site management, construction sequencing and quality control.
- Ability to work effectively on‑site in a fast‑paced environment.
