Services Project Manager II

About the role

TDW is seeking a Services Project Manager II to lead the delivery of pipeline services projects from initial inquiry through completion. You will ensure projects meet customer requirements, TDW standards, and are executed safely, on time, and within budget.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate quoting, scheduling, project management, operations, invoicing, manufacturing, and engineering to deliver solutions.
• Collect and review project information from internal and external customers.
• Support quote generation, verify accuracy of quotes/invoices, and ensure proper pricing.
• Generate and process change orders efficiently.
• Monitor project scope, objectives, and deliverables, and communicate status.
• Attend site visits and customer meetings as needed.
• Identify and allocate resources, including vendors, subcontractors, and field personnel.
• Assess and communicate project risk levels to customers and internal teams.
• Promote best practices in operational excellence, safety, and customer commitment.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field.
• 3‑5 years of project management experience.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
• Knowledge of ASME and CSA standards and pipeline operations.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project‑management software.
• Strong interpersonal, commercial, and communication abilities.
• Ability to make decisions, meet tight deadlines, and multitask.
• Fluent in English.
