Services Marketing Manager

About the role

The Services Marketing Manager will ensure optimal customer perception of Airbus Services portfolio and act as the main marketing focal point for services in the region. This role supports sales campaigns, integrates services strategy into aircraft campaigns and captures market requirements to guide product development.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a commercial plan with Services Sales to create a mid‑term global services strategy for the region.
• Integrate services marketing strategy into aircraft campaign rationales and promote services as part of the overall aircraft value solution.
• Prepare and deliver marketing analysis, documentation and high‑quality presentations to influence customer evaluation and purchasing decisions.
• Act as the voice of the customer, capturing evolving market requirements and providing guidance for product development.
• Collaborate with central services marketing to ensure alignment and enhance value propositions.

Required profile

• Thorough understanding of aviation aftermarket, airline/lessor requirements, global and regional market trends, and competitive environment.
• Ability to develop detailed, data‑driven technical argumentation and demonstrate the superiority of Airbus solutions.
• Strong analytical support skills to influence customer teams and purchasing decisions.

Required skills

• Knowledge of Airbus services portfolio and airframe portfolio.
• Experience in developing commercial plans and marketing arguments for aerospace services.
