Associate Marketing Director

About the role

The Marketing Director role is a full‑time, on‑site position based in New Delhi, responsible for shaping and executing Cox & Kings' overall marketing strategy. You will lead a multidisciplinary team, align initiatives with senior leadership, and ensure consistent brand messaging across all customer‑facing channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and own the overall marketing and growth strategy aligned with business objectives, identifying new customer segments, markets and channels.
• Lead brand positioning, messaging and integrated communication across all channels, ensuring a consistent brand experience.
• Drive digital and performance marketing initiatives—including paid search, social, display and affiliate campaigns—to acquire customers while optimizing CAC and ROAS.
• Own the digital growth roadmap, overseeing website, landing pages, conversion rate optimisation and customer journey enhancements.
• Build and execute CRM, lifecycle and retention programmes, leveraging segmentation and marketing automation to increase repeat bookings.
• Establish marketing KPIs, dashboards and performance measurement frameworks, using analytics to guide investment decisions.
• Recruit, mentor and lead a high‑performing marketing team and manage external agencies and technology partners.

Required profile

• 12–18+ years of experience in marketing, growth or digital marketing within consumer‑focused businesses.
• Proven senior leadership experience driving marketing strategy and managing significant budgets.
• Background in travel, hospitality, e‑commerce or related high‑growth consumer sectors is preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to build and scale marketing teams and to work cross‑functionally with sales, product and senior leadership.
