Senior Manager – Marketing & Consumer Insights

About the role

The Senior Manager – Marketing & Consumer Insights will act as a bridge between the GCC team and business leaders, driving marketing strategy, analytics and cross‑functional projects for AB InBev in India.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate day‑to‑day activities between the GCC team and senior business directors.
• Drive all marketing functions, manage brand portfolios and define strategies with country counterparts.
• Deliver ad‑hoc analyses, insights and data visualisations to support decision‑making.
• Lead high‑impact global projects, ensuring service level agreements are met.
• Mentor managers, analysts and data scientists, and oversee performance reviews and recognition.
• Standardise processes, monitor service metrics and drive operational excellence.

Required profile

• 7‑14 years of experience in CPG/FMCG marketing, preferably in a Global Capability Center.
• Proven track record of delivering marketing KPIs such as brand power, market share, campaign ROI and NPS.
• Strong people‑management skills and ability to work across functions like finance, procurement, legal and tech.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with Nielsen, Kantar, IRI, Medallia, Survey Monkey, Brandwatch, Emplify, Amplify, Shopify and Creator IQ.
• Technical skills: SQL, Python, Power BI, Datorama, analytics and project management tools.
