Service Technician

About the role

We are looking for a full‑time Service Technician to join our team in Chennai. You will be responsible for installing, maintaining and repairing industrial and commercial cleaning equipment at customer sites and in our workshop.

Key responsibilities

• Diagnose technical issues and perform corrective repairs on cleaning equipment.
• Carry out preventive maintenance schedules and replace defective parts.
• Conduct field service visits, document all service activities and coordinate spare‑part logistics.
• Provide basic product training and support to customers on equipment use.
• Collaborate with the service team to improve processes and ensure safety compliance.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of experience in field service or equipment maintenance.
• Technical education such as ITI Electrical, or a Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical engineering.
• Ability to work independently, follow safety protocols and travel to other cities when required.
