About the role

Vinayak Outsourcing Works Pvt Ltd is hiring experienced senior welders for steel plant and manufacturing facilities in Odisha and Chhattisgarh. The role involves high‑quality metal joining, blueprint interpretation, and supervision of junior welders.

Key responsibilities

Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics and welding symbols to plan layouts.
Perform TIG, MIG, Stick (SMAW) and other welding processes on steel, stainless steel and aluminium.
Prepare materials by measuring, cutting, beveling and grinding using saws, plasma cutters or oxy‑acetylene equipment.
Conduct quality inspections of welded components and ensure strict safety compliance.
Guide and mentor junior welders on best practices and safety standards.

Required profile

3 to 10 years of welding experience depending on the specific opening.
Proven ability to work in a steel plant or manufacturing environment.
Strong understanding of safety regulations and quality standards.
