Senior TL Project Engineer – EV/BSS (EPC)

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Team Lead Project Engineer to drive the planning, execution, and delivery of medium‑voltage electric infrastructure projects within the electric vehicle (EV) and battery storage (BSS) sector. The role combines technical expertise, project management, and cross‑functional coordination to ensure safe, on‑time, and cost‑effective project outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare feasibility studies, cost estimates, and execution plans for EV/BSS projects.
• Manage project schedules using Primavera and Microsoft Project, ensuring timely delivery of engineering deliverables and materials.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, construction, vendors, and operations teams to streamline construction and commissioning.
• Monitor safety, quality, schedule, and cost performance; issue regular progress reports.
• Supervise contract administration, vendor expediting, and FAT activities.
• Lead project close‑out, technical capitalization, and documentation.

Required profile

• BE/BTech in Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 14 years of overall experience, including at least 7 years as a Project Manager.
• Strong knowledge of automotive OEM, EV technology, and mobility services.
• Experience delivering medium‑voltage electric infrastructure projects.
• Familiarity with renewable energy, vehicle electrification, and EV charging infrastructure.

Required skills

• Primavera (latest version) and Microsoft Project.
• Microsoft Office suite.
• Vehicle‑to‑Grid (V2G) and Vehicle‑to‑Infrastructure protocols: J1772, ISO15118.
• Design of EV or PV systems, electrical and civil architecture, and application of electrical/building codes.
• Power distribution, power electronics, PLC, SCADA, UPS systems, and related diagnostics.
• EV charging technology design, installation, and field diagnostics.
