R&D Engineer, Medium Voltage

About the role

The R&D Engineer will support the development and enhancement of medium‑voltage products through advanced 3D modeling, detailed engineering documentation, and cross‑functional collaboration. The role ensures designs meet functional, production, and quality standards while complying with relevant regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop precise 3D models and translate conceptual designs into manufacturable outputs.
• Create manufacturing and assembly drawings, bills of materials, and material quantity estimates.
• Provide hands‑on support to production and quality teams during assembly, inspection, and testing.
• Participate in factory acceptance testing and ensure documentation is complete and traceable.
• Analyze feedback from production, quality, testing, and customers to propose design improvements.
• Maintain compliance with national and international standards and update designs accordingly.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• 5–10 years of experience in product development, engineering design, or R&D.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, quality control, and testing procedures.

Required skills

• Advanced 3D modeling (CAD) and technical drawing creation.
• Bill of Materials (BOM) generation and material estimation.
• Knowledge of national and international electrical and mechanical standards.
