Senior Telecaller – Immediate Joining (Navi Mumbai)

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Telecaller to join our team in Ghansoli, Navi Mumbai. The role involves supporting marketing and sales initiatives through lead generation, data collection, and client interaction. Immediate joining is required.

Key responsibilities

• Collect quantitative and qualitative data for marketing campaigns.
• Generate leads and develop new client/customer bases in target industries.
• Support the marketing team with daily administrative tasks.
• Set up meetings, follow‑ups, and coordinate with sales coordinators.
• Maintain customer satisfaction with existing accounts.
• Generate new inquiries, convert them into sales, and close deals.
• Prepare offers, negotiate terms, and finalize contracts.
• Coordinate order processing between clients and internal teams.
• Expand the regional/customer network for the company.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in telecalling, lead generation, or B2B sales.
• Previous exposure to marketing support or customer acquisition.
• Ability to work onsite in Ghansoli, Navi Mumbai.
• Immediate availability for face‑to‑face interview and joining.
