Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist – GTM & Tech Hiring

About the role

Qualitia is seeking a senior talent acquisition specialist to lead end‑to‑end hiring for go‑to‑market and technology positions across India. The role partners directly with executives and hiring managers to design and execute hiring strategies that support rapid growth.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full recruitment lifecycle for GTM and tech roles, from intake and sourcing to offer closure.
• Collaborate with senior leaders to align hiring plans with business priorities.
• Develop and maintain strong talent pipelines using direct sourcing, talent mapping, referrals and recruitment partners.
• Drive ATS implementation, recruitment automation and data‑driven hiring processes.
• Monitor recruitment metrics, identify gaps and continuously improve quality, speed and candidate experience.
• Enhance employer branding and candidate experience as the organization scales.

Required profile

• 5+ years of talent acquisition experience, preferably in SaaS, product technology or fast‑growing startups.
• Proven track record hiring across GTM and technical functions in India.
• Experience partnering with executives and senior business stakeholders.
• Hands‑on expertise in direct sourcing, talent mapping and niche talent acquisition.
• Strong analytical mindset with a data‑driven approach to recruitment.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills.

Required skills

• Experience with ATS implementation or migration.
• Familiarity with recruitment automation tools and metrics.
