HR Recruiter – Pune

About the role

We are seeking an HR Recruiter to join our team in Viman Nagar, Pune. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience in a recruitment consultancy or staffing firm and will be comfortable managing the full recruitment cycle for multiple positions.

Key responsibilities

• Handle end‑to‑end recruitment for assigned roles, from sourcing to offer.
• Source candidates via job portals, LinkedIn, referrals and other channels.
• Screen, shortlist and conduct initial interviews to assess suitability.
• Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and clients.
• Maintain regular communication with candidates and clients throughout the hiring process.
• Update and manage candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Work on several openings simultaneously and achieve defined hiring targets.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 months to 2 years of experience as an HR Recruiter in a recruitment consultancy or staffing firm.
• Proven ability to manage end‑to‑end recruitment and candidate sourcing.
• Strong knowledge of job portals and LinkedIn sourcing techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a target‑driven, fast‑paced environment.
• Graduate degree preferred.
