Senior Recruitment Consultant – AI‑Enabled Talent Sourcing

About the role

Credence HR Services is looking for a Senior Recruitment Consultant to lead end‑to‑end hiring for mid‑ to senior‑level positions. The role combines traditional headhunting with AI‑driven sourcing to deliver high‑quality talent for leadership and niche mandates.

Key responsibilities

• Drive the full recruitment lifecycle for mid‑senior roles, from sourcing to offer acceptance.
• Source candidates via job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, headhunting and professional networks.
• Utilise AI‑powered tools to enhance candidate sourcing, shortlisting and engagement.
• Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future mandates.
• Partner with account managers and clients to understand requirements and deliver qualified profiles on time.

Required profile

• Graduate or postgraduate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
• 1‑4 years of recruitment experience, preferably in leadership or niche hiring.
• Prior exposure to recruitment consulting or executive search is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and other social media recruitment platforms.
• Hands‑on experience using AI‑enabled recruitment tools for sourcing, screening and workflow automation.
