HR & People Operations Executive

About the role

Celestibia Solutions, a fast‑growing cloud consulting firm, is seeking an energetic HR & People Operations Executive to own recruitment and day‑to‑day HR activities. You will work directly with founders and team leads to attract talent, onboard new hires, and nurture a positive startup culture.

Key responsibilities

• Understand hiring needs from founders and department leads and create job postings.
• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates; coordinate technical interviews and manage offer processes.
• Lead end‑to‑end onboarding, prepare offer and appointment letters, and conduct employee inductions.
• Handle offboarding, clearance, and maintain accurate employee records.
• Plan and execute employee engagement activities, team events, and culture‑building initiatives.
• Maintain attendance, leave, and payroll inputs; track probation periods and employment milestones.
• Support performance review cycles, goal tracking, and employee development programs.

Required profile

• 0–1 years of relevant HR experience.
• Energetic, people‑focused attitude with a passion for building a strong team.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced startup environment and collaborate with senior leadership.
