About the role

The Senior Structural Engineer will lead the design and analysis of high‑rise and mega‑scale projects for L&T’s Chennai headquarters. You will be responsible for delivering robust RCC structural systems while ensuring compliance with Indian and international standards.

Key responsibilities

Lead structural design and analysis of high‑rise and mega projects.
Review and optimise complex RCC structural systems.
Prepare and manage design deliverables using ETABS, SAFE and STAAD.Pro.
Coordinate with clients, external consultants and multidisciplinary project teams.
Ensure compliance with IS codes and relevant international standards.
Mentor junior engineers and drive technical decisions on complex structural issues.

Required profile

4–8 years of experience in structural design of high‑rise buildings.
Proven track record handling large‑scale mega projects and leading design teams.
Advanced expertise in ETABS, SAFE and STAAD.Pro.
Strong knowledge of IS codes and international design practices.
