Senior Sales Manager – DSA Retail (Gurgaon)

About the role

The Senior Sales Manager will lead sales operations through the DSA (Direct Selling Agent) channel in Gurgaon, aligning with branch plans and objectives. The role involves interfacing with DSA partners and end‑customers, coordinating with Risk, Operations and Sales Governance teams, and driving cross‑selling of ABHFL and ABC products.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow relationships with DSA partners to achieve loan disbursement targets.
• Ensure compliance with risk and operational guidelines while maintaining portfolio health.
• Drive cross‑selling of ABHFL and Aditya Birla Capital solutions as per branch objectives.
• Monitor loan performance metrics, including delinquency and profitability.
• Coordinate loan appraisal processes and ensure accurate end‑use verification.
• Collaborate with internal teams to streamline sales workflows and resolve operational issues.

Required profile

• Proven senior‑level experience in retail loan or unsecured personal loan sales.
• Strong understanding of DSA channel dynamics and high‑volume transaction environments.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a NBFC or similar financial institution.
• Ability to work closely with risk, operations and governance teams.
• Excellent analytical mindset to monitor portfolio quality and profitability.
