Senior Recruiter – End-to-End Talent Acquisition Lead

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Recruiter to lead end‑to‑end recruitment activities across multiple industries and functions. You will manage client hiring requirements, source top talent, and mentor junior recruiters while delivering high‑quality candidates on time.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from requirement gathering to candidate onboarding.
• Develop and execute recruitment strategies based on client needs.
• Source, screen, assess, and shortlist candidates for mid‑level and senior positions.
• Conduct competency‑based interviews and coordinate interview schedules.
• Maintain talent pipelines and handle salary negotiations, offers, and closures.
• Track recruitment metrics, maintain accurate reports and databases.
• Mentor and support Junior Recruiters to improve team performance.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• 2–5 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, executive search, or staffing.
• Proven ability to handle end‑to‑end recruitment independently.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Experience in agency recruitment or staffing services is preferred.
