Senior Project Manager – Hospitality & Mixed-Use

About the role

Gleeds is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of a high‑profile hotel development in Bengaluru. The role oversees the full construction lifecycle, ensuring the project meets schedule, budget, quality, and brand standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the entire construction team, coordinating civil, MEP, interiors, and hotel fit‑out disciplines.
• Manage all stakeholders—including clients, architects, consultants, vendors, and contractors—to ensure seamless project execution.
• Develop and maintain master construction schedules, weekly look‑ahead plans, and critical‑path monitoring.
• Monitor performance of consultants, contractors, and subcontractors for technical submittals, QA/QC compliance, and construction quality, recommending corrective actions as needed.
• Prepare and present monthly progress reports, schedule commentary, and risk mitigation plans to senior management and clients.
• Capture daily site resources (labour, plant, materials) to track productivity, identify delays, and support claims or dispute resolution.
• Ensure strict adherence to safety standards, quality protocols, and regulatory requirements throughout the project.
• Evaluate financial implications of construction methods, providing cost‑optimization and value‑engineering inputs.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading construction projects in the hospitality sector, including mixed‑use developments.
• Strong ability to manage multidisciplinary teams and coordinate complex project interfaces.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with a focus on client relationship and brand compliance.
• Demonstrated capability to develop and control detailed construction programmes and risk‑recovery strategies.
