About the role
Assystem, a global engineering and project‑management firm, is expanding its bridge infrastructure team in Bengaluru. The Structural CAD Draughtsman will be responsible for producing and updating detailed bridge drawings, ensuring they meet national specifications and project timelines. The role requires close collaboration with design engineers and survey teams to translate engineering concepts into accurate CAD models. Candidates will support both steel and concrete bridge projects, contributing to the delivery of safe and reliable infrastructure.
Key responsibilities
- Independently carry out drafting work within scheduled timeframes.
- Modify drawings based on design changes and review comments.
- Coordinate with structural design engineers and survey teams.
- Ensure compliance with MoRTH specifications and IRC guidelines.
- Maintain drawing registers and revision control.
- Prepare as‑built drawings as required.
Required profile
- Diploma in civil engineering or ITI qualification.
- Two positions open: one focused on steel structures and one on concrete structures.
