Senior Project Manager – Finance, Payroll & Shared Services

About the role

Hitachi Digital is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead strategic initiatives across finance, payroll and shared services. You will drive system implementations, migrations and transformation projects for a global, cross‑functional team.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of finance, payroll and shared services projects, including system upgrades and process improvements.
• Support M&A integration activities, managing system and operational transitions.
• Coordinate global projects with stakeholders from multiple locations and business units.
• Ensure successful testing, deployment and user adoption of system changes.
• Prepare project documentation, status reports and executive updates.
• Facilitate workshops, meetings and stakeholder communications throughout all project phases.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Manager.
• Proven experience delivering system implementation and migration projects.
• Background in finance operations, payroll processes or shared services environments.
• Experience working in international, multi‑location teams.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication abilities.
