Senior Product Manager - Lending

About the role

Swiggy is building a full‑stack financial services ecosystem for its restaurant partners. As a Senior Product Manager – Lending you will lead the design and delivery of embedded lending experiences that help restaurants access capital quickly and transparently within the Swiggy platform.

Key responsibilities

• Define the multi‑year product vision and roadmap for Swiggy’s restaurant lending business, aligning with overall fintech strategy.
• Design and ship end‑to‑end partner‑facing lending journeys, from eligibility discovery to offer surfacing, application, disbursal and servicing.
• Build platform capabilities for multi‑lender operations, including lender onboarding flows, API contracts, BRE‑driven eligibility, risk‑sharing frameworks and real‑time routing logic.
• Own product and funnel metrics such as eligibility coverage, conversion rates, approval rates, disbursal TAT and journey drop‑offs; drive improvements through structured experiments.
• Write clear PRDs, manage scope and trade‑offs, and coordinate delivery across engineering, data science, risk, compliance and business teams.
• Partner with data science to productize proprietary data signals for eligibility and pre‑approval decisions.

Required profile

• 6‑9 years of product management experience, with a strong focus on lending or fintech products.
• Proven ability to translate business and risk priorities into product vision and measurable outcomes.
• Experience working with cross‑functional teams including engineering, data science, risk, compliance and external lenders.
• Track record of shipping complex, data‑driven product experiences at scale.
