Senior Product Manager

About the role

As a Senior Product Manager at AiPrise, you will own the roadmap for a core part of our global compliance platform. You will work closely with engineering, design, sales and customer success to deliver high‑impact solutions that simplify onboarding for legitimate users while blocking fraudsters.

Key responsibilities

• Drive product ownership: define roadmap, prioritize work, and ship initiatives aligned with company goals and KPIs.
• Lead product development: create detailed specifications, collaborate with engineering and design, and oversee delivery from discovery to launch.
• Problem solving: break down ambiguous challenges into actionable steps and implement pragmatic solutions.
• Customer engagement: conduct interviews, translate insights into requirements, run demos and onboarding sessions, and partner with key accounts.
• Cross‑functional leadership: align engineering, design, sales and customer success, and communicate progress, trade‑offs and decisions to stakeholders.

Required profile

• 5–8+ years of product management experience with a proven record of driving strategy and execution.
• Experience shipping fintech, compliance or developer‑facing products end‑to‑end.
• Strong technical background capable of debugging API integrations and reasoning about system trade‑offs.
• Strategic, customer‑centric thinker with excellent communication skills.
• Self‑driven, able to ramp up quickly and influence without hand‑holding.
• Experience working directly with enterprise or strategic customers and making data‑driven decisions.
